In Living Color was the GOAT sketch show until the Wayans left, it fell off heavy after that. Jim Carey and Jamie Foxx still had some good parts but the new people couldn't fill the shoes of the ones that left.

And the early seasons of MADtv >>> SNL, but it started to drop off around the time Phil LaMar left (not saying he was the reason, just that it coincided with that time frame)
