Outside or the college players who I think should be paid for their likeness. Is assume that the NFLPA license would grant the use of players likeness to include hair and tat...what's next a barber gone be like I cut that fade or some shyt.

not true NFL was sued by Ricky Williams tattoo artist for copyright infringment for a NFL street game, and that's when the nfl came up wit the rule that players need to get they artist to sign a copyright to allow tattoos in the game, it's been that way for 3 years now, they said kep is the first person to follow thru

U can't cover copyright infringment, only way u are protected is if the person who made it signs the rights to the player, and kep the only player who did it so far

Yea, they can be reproduced with written documents, if not u can be sued, the NFL started the rule after being sued by Ricky Williams tattoo artist and I think losing

It's different from a pic, u actually reproducing in a game
