some of this has prolly been said, but fukkit
-first thing that stood out is don not talking for the first 5-10 minutes. his range of emotions towards megan were anywhere from mildly amused by an immature child, agitated to slightly jealous, to i give no substantial fukks. really thought they were gonna end the ep like this too, but...nah.
-that g.i. is gonna either die or pop back up in the city. im assuming die. he delivered the line of the ep though, seeing right through don. that lighter is gonna spark the answer to that hawaiin ad (npi), but also something else that don doesnt wanna deal with.
-roger's shrink is gonna commit that...or atleast i would if i had to sit and listen to that shythead amuse himself. i hope this tony soprano scene per episode is short lived.
-joan and roger should come to a head, this season. she stiff armed his moms funeral. she feeling a kinda way and can you blame her.
-peggy tryna emulate her mentor, but she dont understand why don did the things he did, so it looked really dumb.
-fat face betty is a fukkin kid. her daughter and her friend already seem more mature than her. the whole "go next door and rape her" was the most immature dialogue this show has ever had. and whats the fukkin deal with rape the past 2 weeks? this the new cool?
-most intriguing thing about the ep is old boy from accounting or wherethefukkever that was tryna get in good w/ don. did you see him hand pete the other cup of coffee? and then get exposed for trying to pass off his catering. is that all he's angling for? he could be a good shyt starter for a rival company or something. he sneaky. i like his character.
-that doctor-his position, what he does and what he stands for threatens don. fukking his wife is a way for him to show himself he's in his league...but also just a return back to normalcy. last season ended w/ him at the bar and the question was "is he gonna dirtbag it up or have restraint?" i guess we know the answer to that. he cant help himself. draper season has returned.

Thought the first 30-45 minutes dragged as they were trying to set everything up, but the second half really picked up.
I'd like to see a lot less focus on Betty and more on what happens with Don and Roger.

Talking to my Dad about the ep, how much I liked it, all great scenes, Dad is like '...yeah it was a little too cryptic....hard to understand', he only watched the second hour, unaware it was two..
He doesn't care. He wants out of the relationship.

I think hes been suppressing his feeling about everything including his mom acting like he wasnt hurting about anything in the shrink office for some reason it just all came out then
That's why I think he loves the lsd, it's the only time he is able to even open up with himself.
I disagree that she looked dumb doing it but I think shes realizing she doesn't have to be like Don. And I think she will start understanding Don a bit better. But going back to last season I said to my girl, Peggy's character almost parallels Don. Both started as naive kids that kind of lucked into their positions in advertising. Peggy as of last season was becoming just as demanding as Don when it came to dealing with the other copywriters. Her work became her life. The random sexual encounters, giving a guy a hand job in the movie theater. She even has the same confidence/arrogance Don has towards the job. She is basically Don with a vag. But the do what they do for different reasons, Peggy because she idolizes Don and Don does what he does because he's trying to fill some sought of void in their lives. I think as the season goes along they will explore Peggy realizing that Don's reasons for acting the way he does go way deeper than advertising.

Yeah there's two ways of looking at it. There's the it finally got to him way and the Roger only thinks about roger way. We won't really know which way he actually took it until next week I guess.
