Thats my thing with any appetite suppressant of any kind. You need nutrients. You need iron. You need protein. You need vitamins...you get them from food. Losing muscle in the process of losing fat is a non starter for mewhen you take ozempic you lose muscle mass on top of the fat you're trying to lose that alone should have been the red flag
