Are you serious? Nobody treats Hamas with kid gloves. "Words" don't help Hamas to begin with. Israel gets weapons and money to their heart's content. Even most Arab regimes want to wipe out Hamas and Palestinian resistance and have been on Israel's side for decades.

Hamas wasn't even relevant before the mid-90s and they were only created in 1987. Israel been massacring Palestinians since 1947. Israel launched full-on invasions of Lebanon twice, first in 1978 and again in 1982. That's what led to Hezbollah forming in 1984, who ultimately defeated them when Israel retreated in May 2000. They illegally occupied territory in South Lebanon roughly three-times the size of the Gaza Strip.

Israel still illegally occupies the Golan Heights which is Syrian territory. Hamas doesn't even run the West Bank, but Israel has for decades been demolishing homes, burning down farms and crops, even killing animals, burning homes with children inside, and every sort of horror imaginable. The way Israel treats the West Bank is all the proof anyone needs that Israel does not and has never wanted coexistence. They want total genocide and annexation. They already annexed most of the West Bank.

In the early 1990s, France offered to build a port in Gaza and Israel blocked it. Do you know that Israel sold off drilling contracts for oil and gas in Gaza's shorelines last year? That don't belong to Israel but they plan to steal it too. Are you aware that Gazan fisherman can't even fish in their own waters beyond a few yards? The IDF literally shoots fisherman and sometimes randomly shoots at beaches too.

Jewish extremists will continue to murder people to their heart's content and think it's because God is helping them or because they're the Chosen People or whatever, but Israel isn't even a hundred years yet, let alone centuries.

Some people have a presentism bias, while others look at things in terms of larger spans of time. We've seen Jews get their asses whooped for centuries. They're not suddenly going to be going on a thousand-year reign of power, especially not when their entire existence is enabled and propped up by others. They even got their asses whooped in the first half of the 20th century. We're not even in the second half of the 21st century yet.
