Yeah as far as star power, it's between him, Shirley Temple, and Mickey Rooney when it comes to child actors. Check out some history on Shirley Temple man, she was making more money than a lot of adults at the time

I was a theatre arts major in college breh.. I kno.. I had this debate and wrote a paper on it.. And McCauley gets the nod because he has 2 movies that may forever be synonymous with Christmas.. As long as fox exist kids will see home alone 1-2
