That's a lot of shyt with no hard science behind it to be putting in your body.
I lift 5 days a week.
Out of these I'm on Ashwagandha (swear by it) and Tongkat Ali (I feel like I'm seeing positive results. And creatitine of course.
I'm also on Prescription Vitamin D for unrelated issues. I'm also trying Forskolin and Arkarkara (still not sure). Multi vitamin should be mandatory for everyone.
I was on Maca but then I read lab studies on rats that it boosted estrogen. All around seems like a supplement more suitable for women.
Not to mention while willing to try supplements with a fair enough reputation, I'm not going to take an insane amount of things things that might work.
Especially since it makes it even more difficult to pinpoint what does work.
Read enough to believe Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek are snake oil.
I'm a somewhat hard gainer in the gym. If anyone has any suggestions...by all means.
