I use the gel in my smoothie. I still feel the seamoss chunks but I take a tablespoon per day. Also I been taking more vitamin C and Vitamin C thins out your nut and keeps it from clumping which is that cottage cheese effect lecithin and maca has. I found out the effects the other night when I was digging this chic out on her back in the backseat and after I nutted she got up and leaked out immediately onto her leggings and my car seat. I was pissed because I like when they get the big reveal when they get home vs when I am still around so they can cuss me out for not pulling out
