When you abstain from nutting, you cause harm to your prostate and increase your risk of developing prostate cancer. If you catch it in time, you might be good. If you don't, no more erections or nutting
How much is your risk reduced?
An 18-year Harvard study of nearly 30,000 health professionals determined that risk of prostate cancer was reduced by
20 percent for men who ejaculated 21 times a month, compared to men who ejaculated four to seven times a month.

36 percent when men ejaculated seven times a week.

I've also read articles about how your nut frequency should decrease as you age. A man in his 30s shouldn't be nutting as much as a man in his 20s because it actually does more harm than good. I can't find the link for that though, but it makes sense if you look at nature. Dominant males who have earned the right to breed, reproduce more when they're younger until father time catches up to them and they lose their group of females and the ability to breed.
