I used to have poor posture when I played college ball. My trainer made me do those things (not the reverse kegels ) to correct my posture and strengthen my core. You know when you hold your pee in, thats a kegel. Reverse kegel is the opposite. Its the feeling of pushing out. Push out but not hard. Hold it for a few seconds and relax and then repeat. You can do it how many times you want, but work on being able to hold it for a longer time. Main thing is getting that groin area to automatically relax on its own and not tense up. Tension brings orgasm fast. Once you get the hang of it, 3-4 sets of 1 minute holds a day or every other day will keep you maintaining.
