zinc is rough. I don't have time to eat like that. and zinc on an empty or near empty stomach is damn near death. I took 2 on an empty stomach at work one day and almost flipped myself inside out throwing up.

The lecithin is 1200mg/pill and the Maca is 1600mg/pill. I take 3 of each daily at the end of every meal.

I refuse to fukk with zinc after all the horror stories in here. My daily vitamin already has zinc in it but I doubt it's much to show a huge difference since some guys are in here going cookie monster on the zinc. A lot of the stacks in here are outrageous even if it's being cycled.

No bullshyt...this is the truth...took zinc on an empty stomach...like 2 or 3 of them chewable fruity tablets that taste like candy...bout an hour later...stomach turnin'...throwin' up and feeling nauseous for hours...left that shyt alone ever since...
