Also add garlic and ginger to your diet, trust me. Real easy to do. For instance I'll add garlic to salmon dishes, or pasta. And I add ginger to pasta or veggie dishes. Sauteing sweet potatoes with ginger is crazy good.

12 eggs is alot of food. Best form of intake is a shake you can drink in a 4 hour period. To do this the eggs must be pasteurized. Simply place eggs in water heat to 160°F turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes and drain. You now have raw egg safe to eat.

Cooking or drinking them will work. It takes 2 weeks to fully charge up on 12 eggs daily, and also obviously we aren't busting nuts during this time. When you hit two weeks, you feel like Superman in the flesh. You wake up, you get right up no grogginess, dikk hard as marble, energy thru the roof, positive outlook, smiling, aggressive factor x9999, more motivated, better lifts at gym, you will never feel better...You will never nut better, you will never orgasm better, all from fukking eggs...

Zinc by itself you will notice immediately. I pop them like it's a Viagra, 30 minutes before and I'm busting glorious nuts. I just bought some Maca it'll be here tomorrow I'll let you know about it when I try it.

Just ordered lecithin, zinc, and maca from amazon. I didnt sweat the magnesium. Now all that combined with cialis/viagra, is that too much ? Not saying I would add cialis/viagra, just curious. Im sure the cialis/viagra would be hell on their own, but I wanna try this natural stack.
