A hundred words for them Hummingbirds that like to eavesdrop
And fan out like Peacocks with a Parakeet that beat box

Then

Lupe look at all these Toucans
In a cemetery full of Tomahawkes
Giving middle fingers to the Pigeons doing somersaults
Road runners don't fall off cliffs, they run across

...who knew Lu was a WB Ornithologist:krs::banderas::lawd:

Prisoner 1 is the hardest song I think I've ever heard
Was thinking about making an appreciation thread for that song today breh.

:mjcry:

Part 2 is where I really went :ohhh: when I connected how the prisoners perspective wasn't just calling out the COs, but a lot of these rappers who glorify a lifestyle that has influence on a lot of the youth that end up incarcerated.

:wow:

"Now I'm looking at a war, BGF got the yard
AB got the kitchen, snitches on PC
MM on a mission, but CO's got the prison"

The explanation for this.....wow

Just wow :wow:

Even a song that seems as straightforward as Prisoner 1 is a double entendre (occasionally triple)
