I cant fukk with production like this. He needs that more main stream production from like soundtrakk and S1 to bring his style out. Basically everyone that worked on T&Y. Just stick with that team because its a perfect match.

T&Y has a mixed bag of production also, some of it would fit on this release and vice versa imo.

They put artist in caps like that makes their point more profound and less dumb or some shyt. Say the dude who crafted The Cool storyline is lacking artistry brehs.

I seen that and he needs to just let that shyt ride. Lasers isn't even a bad album at all and fans were ready to torch Atlantic records to get it released. We ALL know what he went through with that album. You don't see Nas offering to destroy Nastradamus or Jay-Z offering to destroy Kingdom Come. Just let it go

Lasers is the only album that I haven't bought of his, but honestly that post he made about evaporating his fans copies of that shyt made me want to cop just to send it to him.



And he's been on the record saying he thinks Lasers is bad, so I was surprised when he was acting otherwise in that post.

I've never been a fan of old school boom pap type beats. Never. I wasnt a fan of Lupe until the cool where the more mainstream beats brought his style out. Tho, he did have some nice joints on the food and liquor advance.

Lasers is a good album fukk the haters

I'll be the first to admit that I hated it when it first came out. Mainly because I had preconceived notions of what I expected it to be. Now that I've had years to grow and expand my music tastes, it's not as bad as I remember it. Some of my favorite Lupe songs are on that album. It just took me years to give it the unbiased listen that it deserved. Still probably my least favorite Lupe project but that's ok.
