QBS
Carson Palmer 2nd in MVP last year
Alex Smith and the Chiefs was on fire
Kaep was playing good football till the Falcons game
Cam Newton the reigning MVP from last year
Drew Brees is having one of the best seasons ever this year.
Who did New England play again after the bye?
You can triple cover Julio but unlike last year, the OL is elite and Gabriel, Sanu and the RBS can catch too.
Let's be real, these are the two best teams in the NFL.
Pats had the easiest schedule in the league and we had the 2nd hardest, we also blew out teams without Julio playing. Stop it slime
Doesn't help your case considering that the majority of the AFC is
Jalen Collins went and ripped it out
What I'm telling you is that if your plan is to bracket Julio with a safety over the top that opens up the rest of the field for the rest of our guys on a fast track in a Dome in Houston. We have made a habit of winning this season when Julio has been double teamed. And y'all haven't faced an offense as good as ours.
Y'all's defense is great, but it reminds me a lot of what we saw in Seattle. A great defense that we feel we can exploit systematically. Should be a good game, but I think we win
Since the bye, the Pats played:
Seahawks
49ers
Jets (2x)
Rams
Ravens
Broncos
Dolphins
That's a tougher post-bye run-in than the Falcon's. The Panthers, Saints, Cardinals and 49ers were shyt teams. The Pats were playing playoff-caliber teams or those who at the very least were still in the hunt for the playoff wildcard spot.
This fallacy that the Pats had the easiest schedule in the league must stop. And even if that were to be true, the Pats could only play who was in front of them. But clearly they were good enough to beat the Texans and make light-work of the Steelers.
Sanu and Gabriel won't be as effective as you think they will (though they'll probably get more targets). Y'all forget the the Pats secondary (Logan Ryan, Malcolm Butler, Devin McCourty, and Patrick Chung) form one of the league's best. I'm sure they're having nightmares about covering Sanu and Gabriel once they double Julio
We won't even have to triple him.
And, as somebody who's watched Matt Ryan since we went to college together and has closely followed his pro career, he ain't the one to bring you all the way
It'll be an entertaining game but the Falcons are undoubtedly the underdogs.:NasWinsAgain:
