This is Dominique Wilkins to the Clippers shocking of a trade
Lakers are gonna be worse now for awhile thou
More like he is giving the Lakers a reason to be relevant once Lebron retires. They were going to suck donkey dikk and now they are going to be relevant for at least 5 years.Seems like Silver forced this to happen to get LeBron to the Finals one last time
I don’t like the trade for Dallas on its face but I’m not in the building and there is obviously something else to it .
You can’t just downplay the conditioning and injury thing like some posters are doing though..it’s not just being fat . It’s the fact that now his calf is showing weakness which leads to other more serious problems . They know Luka better than anyone else on the planet so if they’re hesitant there is a reason to be in their mind .
Just calling the ownership cheap is just lazy talk ..
Luka isn’t a free agent .. they could’ve did this in the summer but they didn’t wait.. it’s a combination of not wanting to commit to him financially and believing he could not come back this year and replicate last year with a stronger supporting cast.
I do like the fact that they didn’t just throw the money at him and hope like most franchises do with their players .. .. New Orleans looks even more pathetic now.. imagine being held hostage by Jimmy Butler or Fox . Dallas was cold with it .. whether they’re right or not is to be seen

For the lakers I obviously get it .this isn’t just about this year. It’s a short term on court L in hopes it solidifies their future
If a Luigi pops up in Dallas amidst all of the tomfoolery that is afoot in our government, I'd say that it's now 100% likely that the country is cooked instead of the 95% that it's currently at...That lady owner better hope she never shows up at the arena, the Mavs fanbase is about to watch Luka's best years in a Lakers jersey out of all the places, we might get a Dallas Luigi out of this, this is that type of crazy trade!
