National reporters say Mavs are in on Horford, probably the faves

Local reporters say the opposite

Reddit point was that the National reporters are correct but the Mavs are either telling lies to the local reporters, or just telling them to stay quiet so the Mavs avoid accusations of tampering

Makes sense to me
