He’s absolutely a better player, but neither one is going to be a champion any time soon. The Hawks are middle of the pack just like the Mavs but Luka isn’t as much of a headache, I’ll give him that.

On paper this year, but in reality I don’t see how he fits next to Dejounte since Dejounte can’t catch and shoot like that. Playing with Luka requires a lot of sacrifice (same with Trae) that Collins and a few other guys on the Hawks have shown they’re not a fan of.

Luka had KP, Brunson, THJ when he was good, and solid role players and blew a 3-1 lead multiple times. It comes down to how much is he going to let his teammates actually do and is he able to finish out games the way he starts them in the playoffs.
