but u already know he gonna have 1-2 hits getting heavy burn

Idk about this :patrice:

He hasn't been able to get anything to stick for the past couple years and it doesn't seem like the label is behind him

Every Luda album from 2000-2010 was gold or better. WTF are you talking about? I will never sit through an entire Luda album but it's embarrassing how cats be hating just hate and sounding stupid in the process. Dude was number 1 on the Billboard charts as recently as 2010, that is impressive.

not taking nothing from luda cuz he was everywhere, but let's be reality, from like 96-04 you could sneeze and go plat, that was the GOAT time for hip hop record sales

Nah, just say you don't dig dude and keep it moving. I bet you if you listed the hip-hop albums that went platinum from that era you would have 50-60 albums or less. And even if you say everybody was going plat, Luda was double and triple plat with the four albums he dropped during that time period. Plus he was still going gold 5-6 years after that era ended. How many hip-hop artists besides Jay, Em. Nas and TI have had that type of long lasting star power? You could say Busta, but overall he's a bigger star than Busta.

breh, i used to rock with luda, had all his albums, so i'm not hating (tho i won't act like his shyt didn't age horribly and like he didn't fall off). you had bench players like chingy dropping damn near double plat albums in that time frame, so while luda was hot, he's like everyone in that era, they happened to hit at the right time when hip hop was dominating the nation and records sales in general were off the charts.

edit: chingy did go double plat, wow :dead:
