went down this rabbit hole yesterday because of my consideration for water and what is good water and bad water. What needs to be filtered out and what needs to remain. It started out with milk and how I wanted to drink some more but it makes me bloated and I assume somewhere a long the way I developed lactose intolerance.
took me down the path of raw milk. Then I asked myself what do local guys do. Enter the kalenjin. The Kenyan guys you see win all the races. An important part of their diet is this fermented milk. In gourds that leave minerals in the milk. Unlike plastic. On top of that they use herbs to disinfect the material and use the charcoal from a tree. I'll edjt and add the name but it has a peanut butter and mint essence. The charcoal also absorbs toxins and cuts out bloating.
looked into water. Ugandans season their water and burn things like banana leaves and Peel which is rich in minerals along with charcoal again. Which absorbs poisons. The clay pot makes you not absorb plastics and also mineralizes the water and cools it through osmosis.
copper is another idea. Another idea is water has memory
i say this to say that I'm putting a lot of thought and consideration into how I want to go about water and purification of beverages.
