Breh C&B hits so different its not even funny. Its like Luda's Blue Carpet Treatment. Folks will love his first and even second album, but that album just felt like the last of what made Luda different from the rest. I mean before he got all serious and cut off the braids

Even the way he raps is/was very much along the lines of the 90s chicago west side style (ala Twista, snypaz, crucial conflict, do or die etc)
But He's been in the A for so long that he might as well be from ATL
plus it was probably advantageous for his career since the ATL scene was bubbling at that time.

Yeah, the whole gimmick of the remix is Latto jumping in to respond to Omeretta with her perspective. "So you saying 21 is not Atlanta? Migos is not Atlanta?" I'm pretty sure Latto is from one of the cities Omeretta was discounting in the first place.
