but a starting point to help get the rationale:
Rigged Megamillions, Powerball & Euromillions - the incredible 8 year old story that any 8 year old child can immediately get
1. Pick from computer a combination nobody picked.
2. Mix cuts of balls spinning around in the "wheel of fortune" with the cut of each ball part of the "winning" pick coming to a stop at the end of the tube.
EVERYONE can see that each ball exiting the wheel is NOT rolling down the tube, there are ALWAYS TWO seperate sequences.
What the cut does not show: somebody dropped the ball by hand on that tube.
Background music and the TV presentator with an angelic face repeating that "it is all under control" is all it takes to convince the human cattle that the ball spinning in the wheel is the same ball rolling down the exit tube...

Reminder about TV "drawings": the ball that exits the wheel is NOT the ball seen rolling down the tube until it stops, when it hits the previously "drawn" balls.
Rigging the lottery has advantages beyond stealing the jackpot. Such as choosing at will the few actors who play winners of the jackpot.
The illuminati always script these actors as an illuminati joke, from sexual predators to a couple looking as close as possible to pigs.
