So according to Catrina's milf mother the gauntlet that Cage has is the key to unlocking the portal to unleashing the Aztec gods? Cage is basically Hellboy

I don't think it unleashes all of them, but Cage is physically allowing one of the gods to come back on earth, so thats the issue, plus the violence and blood from the temple strengthens them. The Order seems to have the tools to bring the goods back to earth.

I thought Catrina knew about that shyt and was down for the cause, but it seems she doesn't even care, I bet when she gets her life back she'll care though.

I assume since Catrina and her mother were around the ancient Aztec times they should know more about the war than anyone.... possibly Crane as well since he's a ghost... possibly Aerostar since he can see in the past present and future.... possibly Mil and Fenix since they both lived over a thousand lives... and possibly Dario because he's the type to never reveal all of his cards and know more than he shows.

I remember in Season 2 I believe that Rey told the story to DA Jr. on how Dario's daddy made a sacrifice to allow a god to possess Matanza. Dario knows this which is why he keeps him locked up for everone's safety and to use him as his personal weapon. Matanza knows this too since he has retained some of his senses which is why he listens to Dario.

edit: which was also why Rey was hell bent on DA Jr. to stay the fukk away from Matanza.... but he didn't listen

No wonder Dario was mad when the FBI cat joked about how crazy the god process made people, he was remembering shyt about his brother, and the FBI guy knew about it and was laughing.

Dario too smart to be just a blind puppet. Dario would be the type to do research of all of this... and to find a way to make sure himself and his brother are spared in the war
