FWIW, at least BK cares about his players to have them get surgery early (and have them sit out for the recommended time) instead of some coaches who force players to play injured with peer pressure and wait to get surgery at the end of the season...it's a change of pace but yeah lowerclassmen need to step up

i'm in the rabbithole....a lot of louisiana schools only maybe gleam about what jim garrison did to stop the mob ties and corruption in louisiana and he did a lot to bring the zapruder film to the public and show that the JFK assassination was covered up by the warren commission

Coi Bates is going to flip insiders saying they don’t expect him in the class. That’s 2 CB flippin at a position of need, Steeples needs to be let go he can’t recruit or coach. Makes it even worst that Wardell Mack who is a hour away in New Orleans won’t even return LSU calls

lane's offensive schemes are top notch given that ole miss doesn't have the funds to hire OCs and DCs and they keep on getting poached away by texas schools with bigger budgets, so lane kept on having to go younger on the coordinators, hire son's of coordinators like charlie weiss jr, or hire coordinators who had a stain from baylor's art briles tree or maryland's hazing scandal...lane is doing more with less where he led ole miss to a pretty consistent record and the fanbase is fine as long as they have a few upsets and beat miss state instead of being a CFP contender every year...and obviously he has petty beef with bama so he's not going to be bama's HC when saban steps down unless bama gets desperate and give him an offer that he can't refuse but idk why we hesitated/refused to get him after all these years even back when he was at FAU
...the only trump card bama has is that lane "supposedly" had an affair with a bama booster's wife given that lane is divorced but have joint custody and he got released from his duties to OC for bama's championship game his last year so if lane were to come to LSU, bama would finally expose lane and make it a big deal even after all these years, and we recently dodged a few sex scandals under the last years of les miles and a bit under coach o's watch, so we had to search elsewhere for a coach with higher standards than to give into temptation, that's all i know on why we didn't get him and he eventually went to ole miss and we didn't get him even when he was obviously poking at us to at least give him an interview or cloudy words that he might be going if we offer him
neither lsu or ole miss played defense but at least USC had the decency to fire their DC mid season instead of sticking it out
