We have terrible customer service skills

I hate that I agree with this but it does seem like a disproportionate amount of Black people have terrible customer skills. Just bad attitudes and a poor inability to communicate and comprehend. Don't even mention empathy cuz too many have no clue how to put themselves in a customer's shoes. They act like you're wrong for coincidentally walking into their place of employment on the day they happened to be working. Mostly women too.
