I woldnt call anyone a bytch cause they're worried about their back, but you're right about getting that form down 1st before trying to go heavy.

And definitely stretch before and after. Stretching damn near works a fukking miracle.

lower weight. focus on getting better lower back strength.

second: you need more flexible ham strings. the more flex the less curve in back.

Love deadlifts but be careful man. Keep that form tight. Personally I don't go all the way out with DL. If I notice that something doesn't "feel" right with my back/lower body I don't keep pushing I just stop and either lower the weight or just stop doing DL's for the day.

If you're doing heavy weight just be cautious.

This is basically what i do. Listening to body is the number one way of preventing injury...

My form wa great and I been doing deadlifts forever lol. I took a 1 year hiatus and now I m back.


I stretched and I did a little back workout and I m fine. I stretch 3 times a day now. My back is fine and tomorrow I m doing some more deadlifts. Stretching pre and post.

Pain is gone and I went back hard at it today. No pain and I feel great. thx again to all the real Gs
