The fact that he is in both a classic comedy [Friday] and a classic drama [Boyz N the Hood] speaks volumes. He's not the best part of either film but he definitely carries his own as a dramatic actor and as a comedic actor.

No way! Childrens classic's are like Mary Poppins and The Peanuts etc, Are We There Yet is not a children's classic.

Saw his first 5 flicks in the theater just off the strength that Cube was my favorite rapper.

Still remember telling my mom me n my boys were going to Ford City to see Mobsters (a pretty bad Christian Slated/Patrick Dempsey movie), because she didn't want us seeing Boyz because there had been shootings n fights at theaters all around Chicago. That movie experience n people bawling when Ricky got shot is a moment I'll never forget

That being said, Cube's opening run of movies as well as albums may be the greatest dual-career start in the entertainment industry.
