I want to see him play better defense. I mean he probably won't ever be asked too in the nwar future. But he was good feet and hips for a guy his size and a lot of the time he gives up too easily on that end.

Huh? He got drafted OFF his defense and offensive potential. :gucci:

His defense been solid since day 1.

I'm not surprised at all. Basketball has been global for decades. These international kids born in late 90s/early 2000s have all kinds of opportunities now. The US basketball program needs to do something about it, you are losing bread to international players more than ever before.

If you are draft bust, not even Euroleague may need your services, they are stacked with guys like Derrick Williams, OJ Mayo, etc.

He got a lil sauce in his game. A Luka wannabe. But his ceiling is like Evan Fournier. A nice role player that fits into any offense and gets buckets. I’m not convinced with this Magic team. Even my guy Wendell Carter Jr is running up the digits down there. They just having fun and learning the NBA game.

15.7 points
4.6 rebounds
2.9 assists
.468 FG%
.366 3P%
.852 FT% (low key, free throws is an interesting indicator of a player's shot. Not perfect, but perhaps more correlated to shooting skill than one might think)
.561 TS%

Not bad for a rookie season.

I've been thinking about making a thread comparing the FT% across the league in different eras to settle the debate about what era was more skilled :lolbron:

Anyone know where to find those numbers?:lupe:

basketball reference maybe? :jbhmm:
