too me yes, no side quest so its more compact. and i also think the first story and villain was better than this one.
however u might wanna wait for a sale as well lol , its still just a dlc

It's crazy how your tastes change with time & how things may click later on. I have never found this style of game enjoyable & the first (Judgment?) bored me to tears and I called it quits four or five hours in. These Yakuza style games just aren't my thing. I downloaded this yesterday since its included in PS+ and I'm legit loving this right now. 
My only regret is that I can't mod it since I didn't cop on Steam and I hate the skinny jean outfit. That said, the combat, story (so far) & characters are keeping me entertained. I haven't even opened up side activities, cases, or gotten to the school, yet. Fun game though & Japanes w/ English subtitles is super immersive so far.
