What are some of the best exercises to do to drop pounds? And how many are needed for a good day?

I've read squats are good. Some burpies and plank crawling are useful.

Is a combo of walking and jogging better than doing one or the other?

Look up full body routines. Body weight is the best alternative for non gym goers. U can do full body exercises or isolated ones. Hell u can even try Calisthenics. And of course cardio is always good.

try to make your workouts 45 min at the least. that way u can burn a nice 300-400 calories. Also its best to find your target zone while exercising. It's useless to exercise and do it at your own pace. You wont burn much calories at all.


And most importantly, KEEP TRACK OF CALORIES. Use MyFitnessPal to track them. Find your maintenance weight and eat like 300-500 calories less then that number.

do all this and you'll melt in no time. Oh and dont worry about what the scale says, just look the man in the mirror :win:

focus on the largest muscles in the body, glutes, legs, and back muscles.
