If I can get to your current point, I'll be happy
The lowest I got to was 166 then I bulked up..
I'm gonna see if I can get to 160 and maybe the results will look better
For me, chicken, fish and Turkey,
Liquids, water and ice-t
Things like pizza and chicken strips and pasta, I make my own at home.
Late night snack, peanuts, oranges and apples.
Dessert , cakes, pies etc, I make my own at home.
Working out is cool, u have to eat right also and I'm still not completely eating right,
