The lowest I got to was 166 then I bulked up..

I'm gonna see if I can get to 160 and maybe the results will look better

For me, chicken, fish and Turkey,
Liquids, water and ice-t

Things like pizza and chicken strips and pasta, I make my own at home.

Late night snack, peanuts, oranges and apples.

Dessert , cakes, pies etc, I make my own at home.

Working out is cool, u have to eat right also and I'm still not completely eating right,

I think the lower you go, the more you gotta "refeed" and stuff...

Next time I get to that point and it slows down, I'm gonna eat at least at a surplus for maybe a week and then keep going..

No matter what deficit I had, my belly just wouldn't go further after I got to 166:francis:

A chicken salad is healthy, but if you drench it in 2 packets of ceaser dressing, that might be an extra 400 calories..

So basically 400 calories for dressing when you could have had 3 chicken legs from popeyes and been of more nutritional value..

The point is you have to account for the salad as much as the cheeseburger and decide if you wanna do more to burn

If you a real chubby nikka, whether you’re skinnyfat or a round ass breh, cleaning up the diet (not “going on a diet” :ufdup:) will take you pretty far even without the gym. Now combine both and get you a head start on next summer :blessed:
