THE LAPPL IS BASED IN LA AND IS PROTECTING MORE THEN 9,900 LAPD officers. THEY REVENUE ALMOST 12 million(this number is from 2015.)

Cutting the police budget is a big step in the right direction.
Politicians love cutting money from social services, education, health care, etc...but when it comes to the police/military, those vaunted fiscal conservatives seem to be non-existent.
