that's going to be good for Inglewood, should be the raiders though

I stay right around the corner from the Forum. This will be good but on the flipside rents and housing prices will go up. Whites want Inglewood back:mjcry:

when did the whites have it? Wasn't it still hood during Showtime? or did it change once Showtime was gone? I drove thru there a few years ago and I remember being surprised seeing the Forum was still there. There was an old casino also...

LA brehs...do you think LA would accept this team?

I mean from the outside looking in, Raiders seems to run that LA area as far as popularity goes...with Niners and Chargers behind.

Don't know too much about yall state politics besides it being run by democrat but Raiders being in LA seems like it would be best for everyone involved...:manny:

cot damn that shyts on the new 49ers stadium :sadcam:
would prolly sell out too if the Raiders moved in.

What's property in Inglewood looking right now? Might be some decent money flips in the area :patrice:

better hold off until they actual break ground.

nikkas thought the same thing 20 years ago when they started investing in the city of industry. then the raiders up and went back to oakland leavin everybody holdin they dikks :russ:

The one in the OP is the Industry LA Stadium model, the later one breh posted is Farmers Field which would be downtown beside Staple's Center. They're two different proposed projects. This is a third one now. Don't think any model has been released yet.

thats right. there is no new proposal yet...this shyts all new.

its funny no ones talking about the fact that LA has easily put together 2 proposals for billion dollar stadiums...with no NFL teams committing...and with NO taxpayer money. tells you how bullshyt a bunch of these owners are, stealing tax money from the people to fund their personal playgrounds.

As far as LA county is concerned...I wouldnt even put Chargers in 3rd place. No one gives a fukk about the Chargers. We prolly got more Cowboys fans...or some other random team...than they got Chargers fans in LA.

The team will get support. The Clippers been a profitable franchise for the past 30 years...if they can sell tickets anyone can. Ese's are some of the most loyal Raiders fans so they wont jump ship...but you can definitely still expect that stadium to sell tickets.

Its a VERY sound business move.

I'm talking way back before we were all born.. The early 1950's or so.. South Central, Watts, Compton, Inglewood, etc were all white areas originally.

But Inglewood has got next in gentrification in the LA area. Perfect freeway access, LAX and the ocean is nearby.
