They have a bit of a point, the vast majority of women don't have the free time for that workout regimen. I don't know caloric needs for females vs males off-hand but that sounds low.
But they have free time for tik tok and other various social media outlets*Skip Laugh*
No they don’t have a fukking point if me and my wife can find an hour a day, everyday to exercise(at the bare minimum a hour long walk)
These women can find a way too
It’s excuses and not wanting to be dedicated/discipline to a healthy lifestyle
And don’t even bring up if they got kids
Get them lil muthafukkas out the house too
Even in the roughest neighborhoods
Kids used to be outside and they aren’t anymore
This body positivity shyt only goes one way with these women
They not making excuses for fat nikkas
Hell they won’t even date a fat nikka
But they want Idris Elba to walk through them doors
And never say anything to them about their glutinous behavior
Maintaining a healthy weight, gives you a fighting chance at a longer life
Being pre diabetic, heart disease, back/leg problems, hypertension, diverticulitis, colon cancer is not the business
I don’t know why people are fighting against this shyt so bad
Then want to cry and offer RIP dedications when a muthafukka dies from a disease
Make that make sense

I'm pretty sure 1200 cals for a woman her size isn't as drastic as people are making it sound. If I had to guess, she's only eating 300-500 below her maintenance and 30 mins interval training is only going to burn 300ish cals at her size. All in all, what she's doing is completely normal and in the realm of what any normal person can do (even with a job).

People that have never spoken with a nutritionist or had a workout program are telling on themselves :mjlol:

2x a day on 1200 cals sounds a little harsh, but she also looks pretty petite so let’s say 1,800 is maintaining for her that’s not really that bad. She probably uses MBJ’s trainer and he was a bodybuilder so they push a bit harder than the average nutritionist.

media: she’s probably really underestimating her calories eaten or overestimating how hard her gym sessions are like 90% of people. I bet her 1,200 is closer to 1,600

1,200 calories is low if she’s working out twice or more a day. It’s not healthy or sustainable long term either.

She’s lean like a professional athlete with shredded abs and low body fat, but I’m personally not a fan of washboard abs and the super fit look in women.

I commend Lori on her level of commitment to reaching her goals though.

This type of lifestyle won’t be realistic for some average woman working 8-10 hour day with kids and a family though. Lori has a rich dad bankrolling her and probably has access to a dietician and personal trainers that are telling her exactly what to work on and eat to achieve this look.

Shes is definitely counting macros, meal prepping, on a very specific workout schedule, getting proper sleep (rest it’s important), and maybe even journaling what she eats too. Most people who have a spouse, kids, job, and other responsibilities wouldn’t be able to maintain this, but Lori is a woman that gets attention because of her looks so it makes sense that she invests back into them.

I think his point was, the people in this thread, and on twitter, saying "most people don't have time to workout everyday"

Hell, you can do a 30 minute P90X and do SOMETHING. No, you probably don't have Harvey's time. But you surely have an extra 30mins to an hour EVERY SINGLE DAY, to find free time. And I'm sure everyone is using it for what they want to do.

So just say you don't want to do it. Don't lie (not you) and say "we don't have time." You do have time. You don't want to do use it to work out. That's ok. But stop lying to people.

Nah thats avtually unhealthy. 1200 calories + 2 workouts a day is insanity.
I’m curious if she meant that’s her caloric intake after exercise.

With said, if she’s only 120, she’s not burning a lot of calories when she works out. My wife is around 110, and she’ll do a 20 minute spin class and burn just over 100 calories. If I do a 20 minute spin class, I burn around 300 calories. I weigh 175.

It’s hell for her to lose weight (she’s only 4’11) because her daily caloric intake to lose weight is so low. She cheats on one meal with a sweet/dessert and she’s negated her entire workout for a couple days. I can eat a piece of cake and go burn it off in 30 minutes.

Olympic ready?? She's nothing close to being Olympic ready for anything :dahell:

Idk much bout the girl but she look like she like 22-23 years old and this what a lot of young women her age could look similar too if they had the ability to cut out all the processed foods. She a small girl with a small frame. 5'2-5'3 around 120 is what she sposed to be. And its been plenty of young women who are round her size she just has professional help to keep her disciplined.
Yall really thinking that women out here sposed to be 5'2 145-155lbs before kids :mjlol:
