I just like fantasy and sci fi more than most genre’s in general, but those movies are near perfect films.

You’re right but to @jayshiggs point I also think they were aware of all the gay vibes so them giving Sam a wife at the end was basically their “no homo” moment lol

Maybe, but it's not "them" that gave Sam a wife though. That's how the story goes according to GOATolkien. They're just following the blueprint.
