I just don't get it, slavery didn't end that long ago.



Lord Jamar claims we're "divisive", but when Tariq mentioned CARICOM, he doesn't call them "divisive".

Also, Lord Jamar tries to say that his family went through everything we went through, but his people are immigrants.

He also brought up how Mormons own the slave documents and how hard he thinks it is to know if you're ADOS/FBA. But, I found out I'm an ADOS in 2 days.

Seriously, it's one of the largest myths and issues we will deal with dealing with reparations.

It's people out here that don't even know their Great Grandparents or 2nd Great Grandparents names (full and maiden). Or where there family is from in the South.

Some people only know one side of their family - and don't have the information on the other parent.

We have to start asking questions and we have to do better about sharing/introducing our children, nieces/nephews, cousins, etc -- on our family history.

Tommy is ADOS too. Apparently, his brother came out and told the truth about it. I guess he is not proud to be "Regular Black" aka ADOS.

I don't think any black person with integrity has an issue with African Americans pursuing what they are owed.
