You the homie, so I’ll try to bump this thread for accountability purposes.

I expect you to be back in the gym, tuesday morning

Appreciate that forreal forreal. Not gonna lie been going in every week without fail, but there’s been some days within a week that I fall off. It’s a journey, not a destination.

Try to get it in 5 days a week. However the past 3 weeks I been doing 2-3 times a week.
5 is a lot , that’s easy to miss and set you back until you’re fully locked in

I’d recommend a full body routine or upper / lower body split.

With a full body routine, as a busy breh, if you can’t make the next 2-3 or days you’re straight because your body is recovering. And you only need to aim for 2-3 times a week. Any extra day for cardio is a bonus.

With an upper / lower body split, it works similarly. If you hit upper body but take the next couple days off, you’ll be straight, just do lower, then get back upper when you have the chance.

A 5 day routine just isn’t realistic for most people.

Still going. finish off the week solid three times. Reps increase so feel good
3 is good man. Consistency is key.

Honestly I workout, 3 days a week right now.

It’s about getting up and going when you don’t feel like it.

Don’t do too much or too little

I got GTWI (Get That Work In) written all over my printed calendar 📅 for past and projected upcoming dates.

"Get That Work In" has been my personal mantra over the past 5 weeks. I haven't gone more than 1 day without doing something.
