i want heat vs okc in the finals so bad
but i just cant see it happening
spurs are a well oiled machine, great coaching, depth, shooters everywhere, all stars everywhere, guys know they role, ball moves beautifully rebounds well, great defensively etc etc and more etc.
but the 2 best players will always be on okc
its kinda like whats going on with heat vs indy right now. indy is a better team all around but miami got them dudes who can out talent them and take over.
difference is bron and wade work better together than durant and westbrook.
thats why im going with the spurs. every time okc blinks and westbrook has one of his i want to shoot everytime spells unless he hitting at a high clip spurs will be eating well of that. those spells where durant cant shake his defender and get to the ball, spurs will eat well off that. and the lack of a post presence vs the spurs who will clearly make this a half court game and not allow many run outs by okc also leans me toward the spurs.
if duncan got young legs and doing him, spurs in 5
if duncan gets old on us again spurs in 7

People seriously think OKC is beating the Spurs? Word??? OKC doesn't have the defensive discipline to keep up with all the Spurs screens and pick and rolls and cuts and motion and they don't even have the overall firepower to outscore them. The Spurs bench is way better and they have better coaching and experience.
OKC can theoretically beat them, but they would need to Durant and Westbrook and/or Harden to completely go off and explode, hitting all their perimeter shots and scoring 35 or so each for 4 games, but that's probably not going to happen.
Parker is going to destroy them in pick and roll situations, Kawhi Leonard is going to bother Durant's shot (that's all you can do) and Duncan is going to dispel this myth that Perkins is an elite low post defender once and for all.

"I like our chances"? You don't sound very confident at all. You know you will need KD to average 35 and either Harden or Westbrook to average about 30 in 4 games for y'all to have a chance.
