I haven't played it yet (my order from amazon is arriving today) but I held out picking it up until I read some reviews on it and everything so far is looking good. I initially had an interest since it was being produced by Level 5 and Studio Ghibli and figured it would be hard for this not to be piff. I have class tonight so might not be able to put any time into it until tomorrow (after the Spartacus premier of course).

Nearly 5 stars on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Ni-No-Kuni-Wr...dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1

Not to mention all the other reviews I've heard from other sites. Anyone else picked up this game yet? Thoughts?

I'm a couple hours in and so far so good. Animation is great, story is good so far(the kids and wife like watching me play it) one of the best battle systems I've played in a jrpg. I'm tempted to say this is the best jrpg since the glory days of final fantasy, but I'll hold off on that until I finish.

Definitely good to see another good jrpg. This generation has been weird, it's like they was holding off and all of a sudden we get a whole lot of dope shyt towards the end.
