:childplease:

It is a difference one is a FCS team and the other is a FBS team. East Carolina recruiting the same kids as top programs in the South East.

Don't confuse us with Clemsuc by the way.

When they face a team with athletes, they struggle. What you saw against Vandy will happen throughout the season during SEC play

Oh, you didnt know that Vandy is an SEC powerhouse that will win 8 or 9 games this year? Or at least thats what the Chicken fans will tell you after they almost lost to them

Almost don't count nikka. 2-0, great defense, good and rapidly improving offense. We going for the Ship this year. :umad:

when did this happen? pretty sure georgia, clemson, and nebraska had athletes last year. alabama definitely had athletes in 2010.

specifically the problems sc has run into offensively the past two years when theyve had problems has been consistency at the qb position and the oline. even when the passing game hasnt been pretty, connor shaw running the zone read is tough to stop. this connor shaw cant pass rhetoric will end up biting some people later on this season. he had a couple off target passes without much zip, but really it was more ball location being slightly off, not outright terrible passes that he had no business making. he's not a bad decision maker and he was accurate as a starter in 2011. you dont end up in the top 25 in passing efficiency last year or have 3 straight games with 200+ rating regardless of opponent if you cant throw.

came back into that vandy game with a hurt shoulder and went 4-5 for 44 yards. even if the passing game looks good regardless of qb, the running game is what will make the difference between winning or losing against the competitive teams left on the schedule.
