Yeah, but those were to me more of a product of a bad O-Line than just a bad decision.
Both occasions taking a sack would've been better though.

I know the second one does because come on, outside of great field position and Russ making two dumb throws under pressure, Seahawks had Panthers in check.
That game goes 5 minutes longer and Cam and Co. are at home on the couch Sunday.
Panthers purposely took the foot of the gas in the 2nd half to waste time. They were doing QB draws on 3rd down. More time is one of the worst excuses I've heard.
Panthers did a horrible job at that. If Seattle would've converted that onside kick people would be criticizing Rivera.

People were criticizing Rivera after the game anyway for letting the lead slip but the Panthers have been dealing with that all season it wasn't anything new.
