Why would you brag about an internship at a DA's office

I'm sure they're the best and brightest low life's your county has to offer.

This specific incident obviously not, he was never convicted.

I can't remember if any of Zimmermans assault convictions stuck but I could see those being worthwhile introducing.

I don't work at a DA's office. :obama: Try again. But even if I was a legal intern at a DA's office, seeing how most people in DA's offices graduated cum laude i'd say they're a good source of law.

I'm not bragging though. I'm pointing out how you know nothing yet you're sitting here with the "but it happens all the time" :to:

I was simply stating the probability of it being admissable and you thought you were clever. If you know this specific incident won't count so then why did you disagree with me? Obviously I was referring to this incident.

As far as his other assaults, they'll apply only so far as they will suggest motive, opportunity, etc. Given the fact that he's profiled AA youths before then obviously that stuff will be admitted because that could suggest motive. A random assault charge in 2002 will not be allowed unless the attorneys can prove it ties in according to the standard I outlined above.

I still don't think Zimmerman will be convicted. He'll probably get off on some technicality.
