That Sony X9000 is listed as the best. Or you get a Samsung like the MU9000 series(or the KS9000 series if you can find it for the low) Thise TVs run under a 1000 and this is 55 inch. But those are strictly for gaming. If you want a broader experience like UHD blu rays, streaming in 4K, etc, you want to get that OLED but it will cost you

Wherever whores go.....
Atleast get the X800 series or higher. Anything below that does not have the capability to display HDR.

I’m flabbergasted every time someone goes cheap on a TV for a few hundred dollars difference. I mean your Only going to be looking at it for every day for years and years.

I think @Ciggavelli has this series tv. Maybe he can comment? I don’t personally have it, but have been eyeing it.
Yup, I do have that series. LG is actually really on top of things. They introduced a "game" HDR with very little input lag. It's pretty great, to be honest.

@Jimmy Two-Times™ get the LG OLED, breh. Goddamn is it fukking amazing :blessed:

If it is an oled you're getting. Are you willing to wait a little bit longer for their 2018 lineups to roll out?

If not. I think the NU8000 (Samsung's 2018) and 900F (Sony's 2018) lineups are already in store. I saw the 65NU8000 and I fell in love at first site.:wow:

Currently have a 50" Plasma that I've had for 8-9 years now

Looking at this though https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sony-6...th-high-dynamic-range/4803800.p?skuId=4803800

Should I pull the trigger on this?

These threads crack me up. Every single time you get the same kind of answers. TVs over a thousand and people telling you to wait a couple months first.
