I think you're missing a decimal pointSony stan’s inconsistent as usual.
A Big xbox exclusive “only” selling 1 million copies would definitely be called a “flop” new IP or not.
80million PS5 users and only around 12% of them purchased this game
Typo. Thanks for the clarificationI think you're missing a decimal point
Sony stans should just say that the studio got a bag from Sony and they're hoping that will offset development and marketing costs. Or at the very least, Sony is willing to eat the losses to further the partnership with that studio.
Sitting up here lying and saying a million units sold after 2 months is somehow good for a AAA game just because it's a new IP makes you sound foolish.
Sold what Bayonetta 3 sold in 4 months, in one.
Bayonetta 3 hits 1 million sales in under four months
The Nintendo Switch exclusive launched on October 28, 2022.www.gamedeveloper.com
And Nintendo has an install base of 140m, so it doesn’t seem like stellar blade is doing too bad compared to a established nintendo action game
Sega tossed the IP in the bushes and the only reason there are sequels is because a Nintendo is willing to take losses on the IP.
Nice try though.
Only one moving the goalposts is you.So now the goalposts have been shifted to % of user base purchased within the first month.
