There's no hope for WWE on any level. It really is a terribly run company.

It's too big and too carny for any real oversight and change.

:francis:
The only hope is that Vince becomes incredibly embarrassed about this and decides to focus on the XFL. This so called war fizzled out real quick and everything in wrestling feels the same.

Vince is delusional/senile enough to think a rebooted XFL will be a success. He's just as delusional about the WWE.

According to PWInsider, WWE has just released a statement about the incident:

Albert Hardie Jr. (aka Jordan Myles) approved this t-shirt for sale. As always, we work collaboratively with all of our performers to develop logos and merchandise designs and get their input and approval before proceeding. This was the same process with Albert, and we responded swiftly once he later requested that the logo/t-shirt be redesigned. No t-shirts were sold.

Maybe we're getting carried away, guys. That design is pretty questionable, but it's probably just unintentional, right? It's not like WWE has a history of racism or anyth-

Looks like someone wants to be Elite now that things look good that way. And with their own problems with inclusion that way hed surely be main eventing pretty quickly.

WWE has gotten away with so much blatant racism over the years. Any other company would not have gotten away with this. WWE got away with Muhammad fukking Hassan.

When is this going to end, man? When are we going to hold them accountable?

Boycott WWE and support AEW is all I can really say.

Does anyone think they would make this shirt for a non-black wrestler? No matter the intent I have a hard time believing they didn't think "it fits, we got the red smile, his name is white and looks like teeth and the black represents..."

They would not at all make a shirt like that for a non-black wrestler

Of course not, they don't really care about the black fanbase and that's why they have trouble selling out arenas and getting high ratings. If Sasha, The Street Profits, Naomi, or any black wrestler were pushed the same way the average white wrestler was pushed they'd have much bigger attendance and ratings.

Vince doesn't realize that representation matters and the majority of the crowds at these shows are a representation of the major champs they have. Black folks aren't coming out to see Becky, Seth, or Bayley, but we will watch Brock because we like to see him tear shyt up(except not at the expense of Kofi). Wrestling has always had a problem connecting with the black fanbase, and that's why we only support it to a point.
