maybe its cause Im from LA and I grew up where the business is pretty much every where you look, so this is just a typical day in an office setting.

I'm in LA also, region has nothing do with this, I've been here since the 80's so don't give me that LA shyt. This dude was going to get signed by Epic anyways Sha Money XL was hot on this dudes tail period. It wasn't like some upstart A&R was introducing him to the execs. I dont know what history has to do with auditioning. Who else, and where else is he going to audition? In order to get a sense of his stage presence you have to see it live.

Justin Beiber did the same shyt for Usher and the label when he came down to ATL from Canada. Pretty sure Brittney and all the other popstars have to do it too.
