He's making a monkey out of himself for a reward, just like actual monkeys. A monkey dancing for a group of people throwing food at him is just trying to get a meal, so is Bobby.

I'll give him a pass, he's a teenager of Haitian descent. He probably doesn't know the history, depended upon how long his people have been in America. He probably thought it was the unconventional thing to do i.e. bringing the streets to the board room. The person you should be mad at is Sha Money XL for not grooming that young man and letting him know how to conduct himself.

This just shows you, that there is no more grooming of artist, just capitalize and strike while the iron is hot, and then release. I hope he has more than a dance to work with.

The point is. He is black and is doing certain movements that sell your dignity in that respect. Hes jumping on tables validating any inferiority perception of what this 'animal would do in a corporate office for money'.
