From the Bay to Central CA
Just finished episode 5 and it definitely satisfied my expectations so far :ohlawd:

Only complaint I have is
Seth rogan,
only because I can't stand
Seth rogan

aside from that :ohlawd:

Critics are retarded

http://www.tv.com/news/arrested-dev...were-made-but-i-still-have-hope-136957967127/

Reviewing the FIRST episode only? :snoop:

How these people even get work is beyond me

I saw that bullshyt this morning. :snoop:

This is why I don't pay attention to TV reviews. They either review the first episode only, which is WORTHLESS when it comes to TV shows, or they review each one individually over the course of the season, and I have no interest in reading 13-26 individual episode reviews.

I feel weird for saying this, but Im kinda worried about the whole storylines tying together thing overshadowing the rest of the show.... its cool when done for a few episodes, but is this finna happen throughout the whole season ?

also feels like theres a lot more rehash than original gags so far, but thats understandable to start things off. theres been like very little of buster so far as well.

A lot of people have been complaining that Michael is too goofy in this season, as opposed to being the straight man in seasons one through three. But that's because he's becoming just as goofy as the rest of his family, and one of the underlying themes this season was that many of the characters--Lindsay, George-Michael, Maeby--are all trying to escape/change who they are and break away from their identities and families when in reality they're more like their family than they think. So Micheal becoming as goofy as everyone else makes perfect sense because he's become the very thing he's spent years trying to avoid: a Bluth.

that or the fact that each character kinda has to be goofy to carry the episodes theyre centered around

tobias is the only one so far who is organic and hilarious in almost every scene
lindsay kinda surprised me, even with her fake new looks I thought her episodes were quite good.
gob was very underused in the one ep I saw of him.
michael had to be goofy... both bros were kinda pathetic/sad up to this point

and george sr. was the worst by far, aside from
pretending to drive next to the wall :heh:
...he clearly needs oscar badly as a foil

IDK, compared to the other Bluths he was the straight man, but Michael has always been kinda goofy and an a$$hole.

Even before this season, he never listened to his son, treats Ann like shyt, messing with Marta when she was still with GOB, tried to pimp Lindsay out to Uncle Jack, getting into fights with GOB all over, trying to teach his pops a lesson, setting the banana stand on fire with the intent to collect the insurance money,

The way everyone has a bunch of solo episodes that end up forming a season 4 voltron is :wow:

From a writing standpoint thats amazing.

tobias and lucille 1 stole the whole season though. I gotta watch it again to catch everything.

Steve "Larry Holmes" **** is :wtf: status.

All the funkes being in india and having no idea they all were except maybe :russ:

Lindsey not having any money and not knowing maybe was getting paid for lindsey to fukk terry crews

Maybe trying to make dude a child predator and becoming one herself

George Michael not knowing his new name was a gay guy and playing skins vs skins tackle football with all the sex offenders and not knowing

Flip,flop,flap convo :deadrose:
