Ehhh a team theoretically could with a team option of course depending on how the first year plays out.
Right out of the gate though, I don’t see it unless he performs well if he plays next season.
I'm questioning if he's ever going to be able to play again. 1 year deals may be too long for him at this point. He could be finished
With his history a 1+1 deal is essentially a 1 year deal as he's proving himself to get paid again. If he opted out of 24-25 no team would be giving him a guaranteed 2nd year.
That’s actually not that bad and optimistic based considering the first two surgeries didn’t seem to have corrected the problem.
The fact that it’s making improvement has to be encouraging especially considering it’s a relatively new surgery that not many professional athletes have used.

this is a big ole nothing-burger to me.
of course he's gonna say he's almost good and he's gonna be ready. he desperately wants to play so he can fleece another team in summer 2025.
How is what I said considered a shot at Lonzo?
He should try to keep his dad’s prophecy and sign with Charlotte after next season.
Sad to say he's done in the US. He'll be in China or the Philippines.
