Either send this nikka to Germany or call it a career. Microfracture surgery is a death sentance. The only dude to ever come back from that was Amare Stoudemire who was one of the athletic freaks in league history…and even he started to break down needing surgery as surgery until it was over for him too.

Kenyon Martin got it done on both knees and could still jump out the gym.

But yeah they the only two

It’s a last resort option, a iffy option
No it is not an option if he wants to play in the NBA, nobody gets microfracture anymore, that shyt has been over and done with and has been documented.

Dude is desperate, it will come to that or retirement. If he doesn’t show any progress by the end of season other options must be looked at.

You're the only one mentioning microfracture, quote your source where that is being considered. I dont know what you're not getting, NBA players are not advised to get that surgery and it's been that way for almost a decade.

there are no rumors, clearly he has cartilage issues, when you have those issues your choices are limited. at some point they'll have to take a risk

how would you deal with his cartilage issues? rehabbing? clearly thats not working
